1. ) My sled is fitted with a 414860700 drive belt.
Racing-440 ( 2003 ) recommendation: 414860700 or 417300127
Racing-440 ( 2004 ) recommendation: 417300253

2. ) When i start the snowmobile speedometer blink e indicates tripmeter in Km
then i press 2 o 3 times appears only 68h57....

1. You have the wrong drive belt on your sled.
The 414 860 700 is a low performance drive belt that is only good as a spare belt, nothing else.
The Racing-440 ( 2004 ) has a slightly different drive clutch than previous model years.
That's why it has a different drive belt.
The 417 300 253 is no longer made and is replaced with 417 300 288
...so the right choice for your sled is 417 300 288

2. If you first select the hour display on the speedometer,
and then hold the little button 2-3 seconds when the engine is running
the hour meter will reset itself.

Wich type of oil is fille ? ( engine oil or chaincase oil) ?
when change it ?

Just fill it with the two stroke oil you use.
Never change it, just make sure to always keep it filled.

I'am confused, Stenmark Maskin tell me my sled is 2003,
now I send e-mail to the BRP importer for italy......

Has all Lynx got the hours/Km speedometer ?
However sleds stops but engine idling blink tripmeter i press for 2-3seconds
and 0Km trip meter but i dont see the odometer ( total Km) but only hour....

Ok i see a ski-doo owner manual 2003 ( same speedometer) and maybe my instrument button dosent work right

who is the porducer of suspension of my sled?( kayaba? showa? WP?)
and i see some racing 440 have a Take Apart shoks on rear...(my sled only front) its a optional?

All 4 shocks are made by KaYaBa = KYB
and all 4 shocks should be Take Apart style on the Racing-440 sled.

Sorry, I had a bit of a hurry when I looked at your picture.
You should be able to push the button to see the total km! If it not works, try to push harder.

( The BRP catalog only shows model Rave-800 Cross have T/A on the rear )

2. ) Is there a setting (similar to motocross bike) SAG/RACE SAG for adjust the preload of spring ???

1. If the shock are separable ( Take Apart ) they are also rebuilable.
The only differences is that you do the adjustments on the inside of the shock absorber instead.
( Take more time and are more difficult )
The KYB shocks on the Racing-440 is not fully adjustable since they are not designed that way.

2. Yes , you can set up a little "sag" in the suspension.
But this is a extremley personal thing and there is none right or wrong here.

Racing 2003 fitting 414860700 or 417300127
Racing 2004 fitting 417300253

On my Racing-440 ( 2004 ) I use an aftermarket belt,
Carlisle Ultimax 138-4332U4 insted of BRP # 417 300 253

If you use thath belt I supose you have a Racing-440 ( 2004 ),
can you tell me your VIN ?

Do you know the weight of Enduro Racing-440 ( 2004 ) ?
Is it 224 Kg ?
